Success Story

Page H. is one of our many skilled nursing success stories at Clearwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation this moth! After falling and dizziness which required hospitalization, along with hypotension concerns, the medical staff at Via Christi St. Francis trusted his care to us. Our instructions were to help him gain confidence and therapy for returning home. Page was given exceptional medical care by our staff and became an integral part of our community. He could be seen regularly with a big smile visiting with other residents in the dining room. Page received physical therapy and medical intervention that allowed his back-pain tolerance to greatly improve. He was also educated to understand his physical limitations and needs more clearly. As a result of his hard work and the dedication of the therapists and nurses, Page has been released home once again! We celebrate with Page and his family the improvements in health he made while in our Clearwater family! We wish him all the best!
