Success Story: Kemmie T.

This month of August we celebrate Kemmie T. as our Success Story! COVID-19 has affected many lives in different aspects; however, Kemmie took this as an opportunity to show COVID-19 who is boss! Not only did she graduate from our COVID-19 Unit, but she also was able to graduate from Clearwater Nursing & Rehabilitation to go to her home! Our dedicated team worked with Kemmie in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy to overcome and master the strength, endurance, balance, and ADL skills which made her graduation to home so successful and positive. Kemmie worked so hard and applied herself to her goals that were established. We are proud of you and so very happy to be a partner with you in your recovery and returning home with your family!!!
