Success Story – Karen H.

Karen H. come to stay at Clearwater Nursing and Rehab on September 18th, 2018 after undergoing a triple bypass surgery on her heart. She was weak and unable to take care of herself and looked to our nursing and therapy team to help her regain her strength. Karen worked with therapy on strengthen, walking, bending and exercises to improve her memory. Our nursing team worked with her on being able to change her dressing and wrap her legs. After 14 days of hard work and training with our staff, Karen was able to return home with her husband.
