Success Story: June S.

June S. lived on a farm outside Clearwater for many years. At the age of 93, she had a need for skilled care at Clearwater Skilled Nursing and Rehab following hospitalization at Wesley Regional Medical Center. She was hospitalized for shortness of breath while doing her daily chores as well as for heart concerns. It was a difficult time for her due to being so strong and independent on the farm for so long. But her goal was to rehab successfully at Clearwater in preparation for going home again following her hospital stay.

Great news! Though she had undergone 2 major surgeries and the emotional stress of being away from home, thanks to her hard work and the great care of the Clearwater staff, June is going home with home health and living alone on her farm at age 93! Congratulations June and Clearwater family!!
