Dear Residents and Families,

I would like to introduce all of our new staff members:

• Harlie Mumma – CAN

We are very happy to have all these new faces and hands to help ensure our residents continue to have all the needs met and a quality place to call home. I am enjoying watching our team grow and develop and provide for all the residents entrusted to our care! I cannot wait to see what the upcoming months have instore for this amazing team!

In the upcoming months we will be working hard to improve the overall quality of care we are providing. Although, we are able to provide high quality care to our residents we want to ensure we continue to improve. Some areas we will be focusing on, as a leadership team, are infection control processes, overall root cause analysis approach to determine a problem and correcting it with the appropriate solution, and a few process improvement plans lead by a committee.
