Letter from the Administrator
February is here, and it’s cold outside and then its warm outside and cold again. Apparently this is really good weather for the flu to spread. We are taking extra precautions in the facility to prevent or minimize the spread of flu. Anyone who is exhibiting flu like symptoms should avoid coming to the facility. In cases where a visit still needs to be made, there is a flu prevention station at the front door. Housekeeping is doing extra cleaning of door knobs and faucets and nursing is watching for any signs of flu. So far so good!
I am excited about the prospects for our Resident Council as we work our way through 2018. Our new Resident Council President, Leslie M. has lots of ideas and together with an active council, is discussing ways to make Clearwater Nursing & Rehabilitation a better place to live and work. I am honored to do what I can to help them on their journey.
It’s cold outside but warm inside. A good time to stay inside and work together to make Clearwater Nursing and Rehab the first choice for skilled and long term care in the Clearwater and surrounding areas.
